Bosco Jonson were appointed by Delfin Property Group to provide surveying services specialist Urban Design advice and to prepare various plans to support the planning approvals required for the project.

The Urban Design in this project concentrated strongly on linked open space areas and the treatment and interface of Lollipop Creek which meanders through the development. As part of the Urban Design team we have been involved from inception in the development and implementation of the Overall Structure Plan in conjunction with Delfin’s Urban Designers.
