Surveying, urban design input

Many challenges confronted the Urban Land Corporation, due to the existence of abutting uses which are not necessarily in harmony with a broad-acre large scale residential development. These elements include the Sunbury Cemetery, Western Water Treatment Plant, VUT site, heritage issues including buildup and stone walls, vegetation and intricate sewering issues.

Bosco Jonson is part of the project development team and has been strongly involved in the Urban Design, master planning as well as the surveying and subdivisional matters associated with the development.
