This Peet & Company Ltd. development is located on Sneydes Road, Point Cook. The vision for the Innisfail Estate is to create a sustainable and thriving community in a well planned environment. Traditional Neighbourhood Design principles have been used as a foundation for the physical layout. It is envisaged that the Innisfail Estate will yield approximately 1750 lots.

Bosco Jonson were responsible for an initial feature survey of the site and will continue to provide the surveying and subdivision services for the Innisfail Estate. In addition, we have been able to provide Town Planning services in the form of permit applications, advice and liaison with council.
