Heritage Springs will be a major development within the Pakenham Township comprising about 1200 allotments and ultimately 3500 new residents within the Cardinia municipality.

The developers Parklea Pty Ltd are absolutely committed to creating a "Benchmark" development of the highest standard.

The design and preparation of the Outline Development Plan for the whole site has been a continuous and interactive process between Parklea Pty Ltd, their consultants and the Shire of Cardinia to ensure that the best design and resulting community environment will be achieved.

The design incorporates an innovative linear park system which offers an almost uninterrupted link devoted to the pedestrian and cyclist, and connects the estate to the Shopping precinct, Primary School and future railway station nearby to the west. This park system also offers activity nodes for playground and BBQ facilities while also providing for active recreation. The layout also incorporates a street design to maximize the outlook of residents into areas of open space and utilizes the many panoramic views from the higher portions of this site.

Planning Approval is in place for Precinct One of the development (110 allotments) which is currently under construction.
