Our team was appointed by Peet & Co Limited in 1998 to provide planning, urban design and surveying services.

Our initial task was to perform a due diligence report for Peet to assist in their purchase of the property. Our due diligence planning report included consideration of existing planning controls and advice relating to various constraints affecting the property.

These included quarry, chicken and mining buffers, high voltage transmission lines, archeological and flora and fauna issues. Finally an Outline Development Plan was prepared over the whole site which will comprise approximately 850 lots with allocated commercial areas.

Urban Design and Planning Permits were then obtained for the full 100 lots, which have been developed and sold.

Finally we have achieved the re-zoning of the balance of the property to change the zoning from rural to residential.
