13th Beach is a 36 hole Golf Links and Residential resort development located in the relaxed and beautiful environment of Barwon Heads.

In our surveying role we have performed the Title boundary survey and a complete feature survey of the area to be developed into residential golf villas and apartments.
We have also assisted in refining the previously prepared concept plan to suit the client’s objectives of respecting the environmental features and creating harmony between the residential precinct and the golf course.

Two stages are currently being marketed. The Clubhouse will be completed mid-year and the first course is due to be officially opened at the end of 2001.

In preparing the Plans of Subdivision, we have advised on Body Corporate structures to balance the needs of the incoming residents and the ongoing requirements of the Golf Course operator.
